Meet Brody,

Founder of Lighthouse Mental Academy.

Most coaches will tell you the problem is your technique.

Your footwork. Your fitness. Your tactics.

And they're not wrong.

But they're not asking the right question.

The right question is: who do you believe you are when you compete?

Because that answer — the one you carry into every match, every game, every performance — determines everything else. Not your training volume. Not your skill level. Not your preparation.

Your identity.

I learned this the hard way.

I spent years training harder than almost anyone around me. I knew the game. I had the skills. I put the work in.

But when the moment came — when it mattered most — I still didn't believe I deserved to win.

That gap between capability and identity is what I've spent years studying, coaching, and trying to close. In myself first. Then in the athletes I work with.

What I kept finding was the same pattern everywhere.

The athlete who freezes under pressure isn't lacking courage. They're lacking a clear sense of who they are when the pressure arrives.

The athlete who plays tight isn't lacking skill. They're performing from fear instead of from passion.

The athlete who can't replicate training performance in competition isn't lacking fitness. They're living inside a story about themselves that's smaller than what they're actually capable of.

The game you see on the outside always starts with who you are on the inside.

That's the foundation of everything at Lighthouse Mental Academy.

What I believe.

Identity drives performance. Always.

You cannot consistently perform beyond the athlete you believe yourself to be. Not through effort. Not through talent. Not through any system or strategy.

The work isn't just physical. It isn't just tactical.

It's identity work. It's learning to compete from who you actually are rather than who you're afraid of being.

The athlete you want to become already exists.

The gap between where you are and where you want to be isn't a skill gap.

It's an identity gap.

Lighthouse Mental Academy exists to close it.

The framework.

Everything at LMA runs on the same three moves.

Uncover your true dream and identity as an athlete — not the version shaped by pressure, expectation, or fear. The real one underneath.

Imagine the athlete you're capable of becoming when that dream and identity is fully expressed.

Create the performance that comes from competing as that athlete — from passion, not pressure.

Three moves. One Champion Identity.

Who I work with.

Athletes who train hard and underperform when it matters.

Athletes who play tight, second-guess themselves, or freeze under pressure.

Athletes who have lost confidence and can't figure out why.

Athletes who know there is more in them — and are ready to find it.

I work with individual athletes across all sports through 1:1 coaching and through the Athlete Identity Builder — the interactive workbook that starts the identity work wherever you are, whenever you're ready.

Start here.

The Athlete Identity Builder is where most people begin.

A $27 USD interactive workbook that asks the question no coach ever asked me:

Who do you believe you are?

Not what can you do.

Who are you.

That question — answered honestly — changes everything.

"You don't play at the level you train. You play at the level of who you believe you are."
